Nitschke Projects is the new land development arm of the agency. We partner with property developers bring land transformation projects to our region, brought to market by us.
We’re a full-service real estate agency supporting buying, selling, renting, property management, and now, property developments. The launch of Nitschke Projects follows on from the success of Nitschke Off-Market, an exclusive property platform featuring properties coming soon to market or selling privately.
Nitschke’s first project out of the gate
In April 2025, we announced the first project, Barkervale. In partnership with Chandru Property Investments, we’re bringing Mount Barker’s most anticipated land transformation to market.
