Storison symbolises Hahndorf’s history and charm. A landmark independent gift shop for 50 years, Storison was one of the first on Hahndorf’s main street. The store still has some of the same suppliers from the early 70’s – a touching testament to the strength of its relationships.
Carolyn, Storison’s newest owner, and Chair of the Hahndorf Business and Tourism Association, talks about the importance of balancing the region’s charm and appeal. As a town of small family businesses, Carolyn is pushing for a community consensus.
