As Director of Property Management, Maddy leads a team of supportive, focused people. She’s helped build a culture of property managers. Real people, who understand the myriad of challenges affecting tenants, landlords, and suppliers. She’s why Nitschke’s growing portfolio of property management clients enjoy feeling ‘part of the extended family.’

A lifelong Adelaide Hills resident, Maddy grew up in the Nitschke family business, that’s instilled her spirit of leadership today. With the right mindset, she believes anything is possible. Maddy loves meeting new people every day – each with their unique, colourful life story.

Maddy is a mother to a beautiful daughter, Jemily. Her weekends are filled with brunches, playdates, and exploring our beautiful state.
