First National Nitschke celebrates an award-winning autumn

Last week, the First National Nitschke team gathered at the Sebel Playford in Adelaide for the combined South Australia and Northern Territory Quarterly Awards.

The Adelaide Hills and Fleurieu real estate company took home a suite of awards – marking another successful quarter for the firm who’s going from stride to stride. The agency won the Highest Office Growth award for their new Strathalbyn site. In the property management realm, they won the Top Five Property Management Office, as well as the Highest Growth Rate also for this category. Dee Lipinski was recognised as property management rookie of the quarter. Michael Nitschke was third in the Top 10 sales people with Janelle Owen in eighth place. Janelle played an important role in the success of the revamped Strathalbyn office and her focus on Fleurieu Peninsula – joining First National Nitschke to expand the agency’s service offerings in the region. David Nitschke, First National Nitschke CEO, would like to thank the whole team for their great work and commitment to the agency’s people-first ethos. “Our fresh, personalised service style is proving to be very well-received in the market.” Having recently rebranded to First National Nitschke, David said these awards reaffirm the agency’s commitment to growth, after being long-standing industry leaders. “We love the Adelaide Hills and the Fleurieu Peninsula. We can’t wait to continue to expand our offerings to support individuals, families and businesses in our region,” David proclaimed. The Quarterly Awards included a sales training from renowned real estate industry trainer, Lee Woodward.
