It’s August in the Adelaide Hills, which means we’re moments away from the spring selling season, and we’ve got some cracking properties hitting the market very soon.

We’re thrilled to announce Taylah Bailey is joining the Nitschke team in a property management and sales support role. Taylor has a huge career in real estate ahead of her and we’re thrilled she’s chosen to join the Nitschke team.
And finally, we broke a record! Last month, we had the highest sale price in South Australia for the week, with a sale result sitting at $2.15 million. It was the five-bedroom, 3.63-hectare house at 24 Todd Road in Chapel Hill. We’re so stoked for our vendors and our team, for making this happen in just seven days.
