Nitschke Real Estate celebrates an award-winning autumn
Last week, the Nitschke Real Estate team gathered at the Sebel Playford in Adelaide for the Quarterly Awards. The Adelaide Hills and Fleurieu real estate company took home a suite of awards – marking another successful quarter for the firm who’s going from stride to stride.
The real estate agency won the Highest Office Growth award for their new Strathalbyn site. In the property management realm, they won the Top Five Property Management Office, as well as the Highest Growth Rate also for this category. Dee Lipinski was recognised as property management rookie of the quarter.

Michael Nitschke was third in the Top 10 sales people with Janelle Owen in eighth place. Janelle played an important role in the success of the revamped Strathalbyn office and her focus on Fleurieu Peninsula – joining Nitschke to expand the agency’s service offerings in the region.
