Sarah Brooks General Manager

About me

Sarah joined Nitschke in 2009, having previously worked at Hickinbotham Homes as a Personal Assistant and Events Manager. With her love of team culture, Sarah transitioned to Nitschke’s Operations Manager. She spends her days improving processes, in management huddles, and building the team.

With a strong culture, there’s an alignment between the team, clients, and the community. Sarah ensures Nitschke’s ‘people first, real estate agents second’ ethos lives in everything and everyone. She’s building the most incredible, uplifting customer experience for Nitschke.

Sarah has a Certificate IV in Real Estate Sales and an Advanced Diploma in Marketing, Advertising and Event Management. Her ‘locals’ are Howards Vineyard, Honey Bang Bang, and the Crafers Hotel.

Sarah and her husband, Phil, are building their forever home – a gorgeous white weatherboard on their slice of Balhannah heaven.
